Once a year, many museums and exhibition venues in the capital open their doors at night and welcome visitors to the Long Night of Museums.

During the Long Night of Museums, more than 80 museums and cultural institutions across Berlin open their doors to the public at night. With nearly 800 events taking place at this year’s 40th Long Night of Museums, there are countless exhibitions, installations, events and more just waiting to be discovered.

Program and Tickets for the Long Night of Museums

Tickets for the Long Night of Museums are available in advance of the event via the organiser's official website and at all Berlin Tourist Infos. On the day of the event, tickets will also be available for purchase at all participating museums and at the four Long Night of Museums centres.

75 Exhibition Venues and Around 750 Events

The 75 participating museums range from the classic temples of culture on Museum Island to the Trabi Museum, the private Samurai Art Museum and the Stasi Museum. World-famous collections, Berlin originals, foreign cultures, unique venues and rare objects await visitors on this special night. Each museum welcomes its visitors in a distinctive way - culinary surprises included.

Ticket validity after purchase:

Only for the day booked. Tickets are valid on the 27.08.2022 from 6 p.m. until the 28.08.2022 up to 2 a.m. for admission to all participating museums incl. shuttle bus service.

Normal price: €18 ,(Until August 14: reduced €12)

Concession price: €12, (reduced  10€)
